Todd was amazing to work with! Really liked Virgin. It was more of a laid back vibe based on what we heard from seasoned cruise people. While on the boat, we had a lot of time to drink and chill by the pool. My favorite part was the excursions. I loved the cenote adventure in Cozumel. Todd was amazing to work with! Sheila gives my family the personal attention like no other travel agent used. We have now had four or five trips with her and every single one of them was first class to the T! On one vacation out of the country the transportation team was trying to scam us, and she unrested within two minutes of us, calling her they apologized and the issue was resolved and we were not forced to pay any more money. Her pricing is fantastic and she answers the phone or text on weekends and nights if needed! I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing she is! Sheila did an excellent job planning our honeymoon. She was so helpful and was always on top of things from start to finish. Even when our flight times changed, she was quick to communicate with us and was a great problem solver. Sheila also makes sure to stick with you until you get home from your trip. On the day of our return flight, our flight was delayed, and Sheila got right on it looking for alternative flights. We had a great time! Everything was organized. We had a great driver that gave us all details about Ireland and its history along with giving alot of local resources to place togo.
